If you are inquiring about a placed order; rest assured that we have your order and your model is working hard to complete it! If your order says “Processing” that means payment has been accepted and the model has received your order invoice.
Please keep in mind that our models are all amateurs with lives that consist of school and/or work. Almost all models have a few orders lined up at all times. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however, our services take time for you to receive the best product! Remember that all orders take anywhere from 1-3 days (or even a week) to complete the correct wear time purchased; and we serve our customers on a first come first serve basis. If there is anything out of the ordinary with your order, we will reach out to you to let you know if there will be a delay. As stated on your order invoice, 7-14 days seems to be the average time of fulfillment, but it can take longer for very popular models. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Thank you!
