If you are inquiring about a placed order rest assured that we have your order and your model is working hard to complete it! As a request from some customers, we do not send out an automated email of your order confirmation or invoice. For obvious reasons, discretion is necessary with our services so we do not contact you unless we absolutely need to! If you see the charge from UPB Services appear on your bank statement then we have your order.
Please keep in mind that our models are real amateurs with lives that consist of school and/or work. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however our services take time, literally, for you to receive the best product! Most models have a few orders lined up at all times. Remember that all orders take anywhere from 1-3 days to complete the correct wear time purchased. We serve our customers on a first come first serve basis. We appreciate your patience and understanding! If there is anything out of the ordinary with your order, we will reach out to you to let you know if there will be a delay. Thank you!
