Complaints Policy

The Panty Bank takes all complaints seriously. All reported complaints will be resolved within 5 business days of receipt.

How to Submit a Complaint

Submit complaints via email to: info@thepantybank.com

Please include as much of the following as possible:

  • Order number
  • Model name the complaint relates to
  • Email address associated with your account or order
  • Description of the content or conduct in question, including a URL or product listing if applicable
  • Nature of your concern

Illegal or Non-Compliant Content

If a complaint presents credible evidence of illegal or non-compliant content, that content will be removed immediately pending investigation.

Appeals

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may request an escalated review by replying to your resolution notice and requesting escalation. Escalated reviews will be conducted by senior management.
