📦 Shipping Information

Discreet Packaging

All physical items are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging under the neutral business name UPB Services. Nothing on the outside indicates the nature of your order. This name also appears on your billing statement.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Most orders ship via USPS with tracking

  • Items are sent directly from models or from our fulfillment team, depending on the model’s location

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships

International Shipping

  • Shipping is handled in two stages for international models:

    1. The model sends your sealed item to us

    2. We forward it to you in discreet packaging

  • Please allow extra processing time (up to 2–3 weeks total depending on location)

  • Customs & Import Duties: You may be responsible for import fees, although this is rare. We coach our models on correct labeling and tariff codes to help avoid issues.


📩 Digital Orders (Videos & Custom Content)

  • All video content is delivered via private download link or direct message (email or site account)

  • Delivery times vary depending on the model’s availability and request complexity

  • If you have not received your video within the estimated window, please contact us


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns on used panties, custom videos, or digital content

  • If there’s an issue (e.g., wrong item sent, missing video), please email us at info@thepantybank.com

We will do our best to correct any mistake. In most cases, we offer store credit via coupon code to resolve issues.


🧾 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, but only if the model has not yet begun work on your order.

Because of the intimate and personalized nature of our products, all sales become final after that point.
We reserve the right to deny cancellations if fulfillment is already in progress.
