All content published on The Panty Bank is produced under signed model release and content licensing agreements transferring full ownership and publication rights to The Panty Bank. All models have provided documented, affirmative consent prior to the creation and publication of any content in which they appear.

Removal Requests

Any individual who believes they are depicted in content on this website without their consent may submit a removal request to: info@thepantybank.com

Please include:

• Your full name or model name
• URL or description of the specific content in question
• The basis for your removal request, including any claim of lack of consent

Removal requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Content will remain published during the review period unless the request presents credible evidence of illegal content or a legitimate claim of non-consent, in which case the content will be removed immediately pending the outcome of the review.

Appeal of Decisions

Any individual who disputes a determination made by The Panty Bank may appeal that decision in writing to info@thepantybank.com within 30 days of the original determination. Appeals will be reviewed by senior management and a final determination will be issued within 5 business days.

Ownership & Licensing

All content is produced under legally executed agreements. Submission of a removal request does not automatically entitle the requesting party to removal of content where valid consent documentation exists.
