  • Our models are trained on international shipping practices and tariff codes to minimize this risk.

  • International shipping is handled in two stages: the model ships sealed items to us, then we forward them to you. This process may add a few extra days.

5. Digital Products & Custom Videos

  • All digital products are final sale.
  • You may not record, share, repost, or distribute digital content. Videos are for private personal use only.
  • Custom videos are produced specifically for you and cannot be changed after delivery.

6. Video Club Access

By joining our Video Club, you gain temporary access to stream exclusive video content.

  • You may not download, record, or redistribute any videos.
  • Your membership fee grants you a license to view content during your subscription, not to own or store it.
  • All videos remain the property of ThePantyBank.com.
    Violating these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of worn items or refund original payments.
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, missing video, etc.):
